They are a genuine company that really cares about the people they work with on a personal level. Throughout the time I have been with REACH, there has been numerous times where individuals did not have a project to go to but were still on payroll for months until something else came along. You would be very hard-pressed to find another company that functions the way REACH does and has done for many years with their personnel. This is an A+++ Company!

Unfortunately, our industry (O&G) has had a big downturn and reach leadership has had to make cutbacks where they ordinarily would not have in order to stay sustainable. Heartbreaking but necessary.
