Moving to TRN in January was an eye opening experience. After many years working in seemingly toxic work environments, the culture change at TRN is chalk and cheese to what I have experienced before. A genuine care in their staff is shown at every stage. My biggest example is that after 5 weeks at the company, some unexpected medical issues meant I was off for 6 weeks. I was in probation and they technically owed me nothing, but went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and that work wasn't an additional stress factor.
Supportive team with a huge focus on culture
Pride in maintaining and growing a thriving business community
Great work/life balance with WFH and flexible hours
Cross department role transfers so your career path is up to you
Cons
You don't get to see everyone all the time (as there is only a small Hub office and some of the team are further away)
