Pros

OK, there have to be some good things, right? Some really good people work here mostly looking for the exit. Folks are willing to help each other out most times, which is cool when crazy deadline or sudden change decision get dumped on your desk.

Cons

Have you read the summary of reviews? The "pros" include "red flag group has great coworkers and a nice office but that does not change the fact that the company is a miserable place to work" (in 8 reviews) "Red flag group is a totalitarian company that enforces employees to get good or die trying" (in 8 reviews) With pros like that who need cons? No strategy no direction poor communication management by shouting

Thank you for taking the time to post your review. We regret that you did not have a rewarding experience while you were at The Red Flag Group. We recognize that the dynamic and fast-paced environment here does not suit everyone. We are extremely proud of the talented staff we have at RFG. We are also confident that we can continue to be successful in attracting, developing and retaining talented employees from diverse backgrounds. Our low staff turnover rate is evidence of our ability to nurture talent, and our continuing growth has provided many exciting new career development opportunities for our employees. Contrary to the opinions you have expressed, our management believe there have been many recent and ongoing positive changes at the Firm and we remain focused on ensuring that we continue to develop RFG as a great place to work.

Pros

I have been working at The Red Flag Group for over 4 years. During this time, I've held a couple of roles and done a variety of assignments. The pros of working at The Red Flag Group are: 1) Opportunity to work on a variety of assignments 2) Chance to work with cross-functional groups on various matters 3) Chance to work with people from the company's global offices on international assignments 4) Opportunities for business travel 5) No office politics I think the best thing about working here is you do have the chance to move up or laterally if you put the work in, and make a verbal case for why you deserve something greater. I think if you are a young attorney or business person, you will want to check this firm out. You'll have a stronger voice here than in many other places.

Cons

The only two negative I can think of is frequent calls/meetings outside the 9-5. Because the firm is global, you will most likely need to take calls sometimes earlier than 9 or after 5. This can be hard when you have hobbies to pursue or family matters to attend to. 2)

Pros

There is something new everyday with our various client projects. You get to work on 3rd party due diligence, rewriting policies, technology, training, risk assessments, etc. all in the same week. Great people. The people on our team work hard and care about what they do. We have a great cross section of people with in-country experience and legal/compliance backgrounds. Room to grow - Our careers at The Red Flag Group are only limited by how much we want to grow ourselves. If you want to get involved in complex projects, there is a place for you. The Firm offers robust training and invests in its people. I feel like I'm improving the world but helping companies avoid misconduct, bribery and corruption. There are real, human costs to these activities and I feel as though I helping address this global problem. We are innovators - I feel like The Red Flag Group is pushing the envelope with what a compliance-focused professional firm can do. We are expanding into exciting new areas that makes us unique in the marketplace. We aren't just a due diligence provider and can take a holistic view to address client needs.

Cons

Being part of a global team can mean taking calls and meetings at odd hours.
