Terrible managers! Very unprofessional and cliquey. Definitely only care about making themselves look better to upper management and other departments. Will act one way around everyone else, but behind closed doors, they will be completely different, say inappropriate things and intimidate you with scare tactics. Very hostile work environment. I'm sorry, but you shouldn't have to feel like you're walking on eggshells every moment of every day. It doesn't matter what you do and how well you do it, they will always find something to have a problem with. I would avoid this place at all costs. It's not worth it.
