Pros
I have worked for Remi for over 12 years, which should say a lot. If you are a hard worker and show motivation and a passion for what you do, then it will show in your work and it will be acknowledged by upper management and others. I feel like my opinion matters, and it feels good to work for a company that has room for growth and promotes from within. Our company has gone through some changes, but what company hasn't. The CEO has done a great job making sure that all employees, no matter what position, knows of the changes and understands them so that everyone can feel comfortable with what is to come. It is nice to work for a company that has an open door policy and you can feel comfortable to talk to the CEO directly and bounce ideas off them. The company as a whole is in a good spot, and I think will only continue to grow and trend upwards. I am excited for the future at Remi and hope I can spend at least 12 more years here.
Cons
At this point in my role, I don't have many cons. We do need to continue to hire and bring on good candidates to fill some newly open positions, which will help with delegation, but I know we are in that process and hopefully we will be in an even better spot in the near future.
