- nepotism - favoritism - complete disregard for the patients they serve if it saves them a dollar - will completely burn through employees without a care in the world - they will hire anyone with a heartbeat to care for individuals who can’t even bath or care for themselves - they don’t train staff correctly often throwing them in homes they’ve never been with little to no direction as the staff already at those homes are usually brand new themselves
