Pros
Payment, usually, and some of my coworkers were able to not talk too much when I saw them.
Cons
Team leadership is varietal, ended up calling out sick for the week before I quit just to dodge my team leads. Rest of the team was fine. Culture of disconnect, as opposed to cultural disconnect. Fascinating place. Work actual retail instead if you can help it, better benefits.
