Pros

Some of the people who work there are nice. That is the only positive thing I can say about this company.

Cons

Please don't believe the 5 star reviews here on glassdoor. The CEO instructs one or more of his employees to write these glowing reviews - what a great company it is to work for, what a positive learning experience it is - ALL LIES. I cannot believe how low they pay their employees considering the kind of work they do. On top of that, they offer ZERO benefits - not even PTO! The CEO DEMANDS that you go be a "rockstar," go above and beyond for this great company, all the while making you feel like you should kiss the ground he wakes on for even hiring you. When he has a temper tantrum his attacks can become so personal and hurtful. Oh and try not to take time off or have any kids for that matter - it is frowned upon because it takes your time away from working for him. This is the most demeaning job I've ever had. There is absolutely no work life balance. The moment the CEO walks through the door everyone slinks to the floor hoping they're not on the hot seat today. Anyway, I'm glad I left because I got a job soon after with double the pay and with benefits.

Pros

At this finance firm, professionals benefit from an abundance of mentorship, creating a collaborative environment where experienced advisors readily share insights. The emphasis on hands-on experience through participation in advisor meetings allows employees to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world scenarios, fostering both skill development and confidence. Moreover, the firm's commitment to providing comprehensive education in financial instruments and cash flow analysis ensures that employees gain a holistic understanding of various tools and strategies, staying ahead of industry trends. This dynamic and rewarding workplace not only accelerates professional growth but also equips individuals to navigate the complexities of the financial landscape with confidence and competence.

Cons

The commute was a little bit far for me, but honestly worth it every day just from the experience alone. Other than that, no complaints whatsoever.
