overall good atmosphere within store between employees. specs are easy and relatively low stress for line work. kitchens kept in good repair, equipment problems usually fixed quickly.

inconsistent from location to location. too much emphasis on trying to pinch pennies and less on trying to please customers. seems to be a lot of politics between local management and regional management, which occasionally spills over into everyday operations.
