Great team building environment for growth as a person and growth of my career. I am still friends with much of the staff and left the rostie group a more confident and individual person.

Can be high pressure at times, you're often dealing with very demanding employees from companies renting from the rostie group. Sometimes asked to stay later than I wanted (I was paid for every minute I had to overstayed though at least) to service late staying customers

Great team, friendly, you wear lots of hats and never have a dull moment. Great energy. Environment that challenged me, and required me to learn many new skills!

Work generally alternated between extremely busy, and quite slow. Not too much in-between and generally inconsistent in terms of how much work there was. Again, some days are quite slow, and some you barely get a second to slow down.
