If you like to be kept busy like me you might enjoy the chaos for a time. They'll probably hire you even if you don't have experience this is where I first learnt to bartend.
Cons
Late nights and fast paced nature make it hard to sustain and people leave frequently because they're fed up with management. The high term over rate means management don't value you and lets just say they can be difficult to work or communicate with. If you're a night owl that likes the chaos you can find places that treat you better
