Pros
Good pay, good atmosphere. Loved everyone I worked with and loved the company in general. Felt the benefits were comparable to other organizations and the vacation time was great.
Cons
I didn't have many cons. I was "laid off" due to market downturn and subsequent market meltdown. I wish I could be there again.
