Coworkers are great people to work with.

The general manager lacks management skills. You are lucky if you get your schedule 2days before the week starts. Likes to threaten to fire you if random things (like using the restroom).

The regulars are nice and tip well.

The management is some of the worst you’ll ever deal with. It’s a constant revolving door of employees due to this. Manager doesn’t know what he’s doing, shows blatant favoritism and hypocrisy, and doesn’t take any criticism when you try to resolve issues. He has helped cultivate a “bullying” environment; with his favorite employees constantly gossiping and being mean about/to several other employees, especially new ones.
