      Purpose built site with a core ethos surrounding sustainability. Emphasis on wellbeing for staff and guests. Fantastic location.

      Frustrating upper management structure. Many restructures in the last few years.

      Pros

      The location and environment is quiet and luxurious. A great place to meet many different types of people.

      Cons

      None really except I believe many of the current employees can be quit a bore to be around and they seem to not enjoy their position here. The old management wasn't very good but I hear it's nw getting better.
