      easy job for the pay, pretty flexible

      working weekends and sometimes after hours calls to the property for emergencies

      Competitive bonus compensation Good benefits package Good comradery with fellow GM/PM's

      Cons

      Zero upwards accountability for management past the site level Horrific HR department that makes it impossible to hold reports accountable Favoritism is rampant and will destroy jobs Claims a culture of "Go-Getters" when in reality they say this to abuse your work-life balance to the highest degree COO is completely out of touch with his workforce and makes changes off of vibes
