Management rules by intimidation and fear, and they back up their words by firing people constantly. Many of those fired had to go, but the frequent firings still cause huge distrust between the managers and employees. There is a twisted allergy to blaming people for things. While you can be fired for blaming somebody for something, you are constantly blamed in turn by the several protected elite bunch that runs roughshod over the entire place. Most of the elites were all working for the same other company previously and are collecting there. The operations and project management there are a shambles and their quality system is the pits. Only a matter of time before FDA walks in there and shuts the place down.
