      Pros

      getting the opportunity to help someone out, makes you feel great when your actually able to do so

      Cons

      unsanitary facility, was infested with bed bugs and because of that I ended up bringing them home and having to move homes and throw away all my furniture. needless to say, I had to resign. also felt like the compensation for work being done wasn't balanced out as well as it should have been but what do i know!

      Fulfilling work. Survivor lead organization.

      Cons

      Unpredictable. Not necessarily a con, but pivoting required often in a "normal" work day. There are few "normal" work days.
