      Pros

      Friendly for the most part! but obviously it's the restaurant culture so some people are shady and unkind.

      Cons

      The tipping system for the server assistants is flawed (tier system). 3 tier system and it takes a long time to work up the ladder. No breaks + they don't have a staff meal.

      High stress environment. Will be on your feet for long hours doing multiple tasks.
