Cons
Overarching narcissistic culture that prioritises personal brand over team work, hard work and executing good client work. The business lacks any real leadership which in reality means no sustainable corporate strategy other than 'quick let's float and take investment money'. There is no commercial strategy which means teams are given unrealistic revenue targets and no roadmap of how to deliver it. There is no process to deliver great work and an over reliance a couple of key people. There is an arrogance that the whole team have the Midas touch, they don't. Couldn't work to a deadline if their life depended on it. Have very little experience in other environments, as a result no understanding other business models, economic contexts or what integrated plans look like including their own clients. Senior management preach gospel on social media best practice but the reality is they have no idea how to deliver it internally or externally.
