Pros
Decent pay for the field, work from home
Cons
It doesn't matter how bad you are at your job, the surest way to safety and promotion is to know someone in middle management. For everyone else, every morning is wondering if you still have a job, no matter how good you are, how much of your life balance you sacrifice to work the hours they give, or how much you try to participate in. Upper management is enamored with typical management buzzwords, cliches and the like, but remain completely oblivious to how toxic everything is amongst the staff and middle management - people are so terrified of losing their job or vital hours for no reason at all that it's turned into shank or be shanked. Do not rely on this employer for stability, for there is none.
