      Great for learning Have online courses, but not for further qualifications or promotion opportunities International team Inclusive management

      Cons

      Toxic environment Bad salary for the amount of responsibilities Almost to no tips. In one year only received 60 euros in tips. Staff meals are unhealthy and often make staff sick No growth opportunities, management always outsources instead of promoting Management won't actually care about well being or personal problems.

      Pros

      - The concept and its philosophy. - People and culture. It is a very familiar environment with very diverse and fun people. - The social activities and parties. - Openness to feedback, and criticism. - The non-hierarchical company structure. Everyone is accessible to talk to.

      Cons

      - Very social, sometimes hard to get work done when easily distracted. - Work/life balance is tricky with an all-inclusive contract and the workload - Not very organized and structured - Salary is not very competitive
