Coworkers are cool and helpful.

Immediately upon starting here, red flags started popping up everywhere. Jesse, who acted totally nice and affable during my interview, immediately didn’t care about my existence except for when he was being toxic and condescending, which is basically any time he opens his mouth. I was literally yelled at during my first month. The guy is a total slimeball and he doesn’t deserve his position. There is very little communication between the two in charge/the team and it feels like they distance themselves from the team and elect not to be a part of it. There is a very us vs. them mentality present and it’s further aggravated by the horrible communication compounded with unreasonable expectations. Their technical knowledge is also outdated and questionable and they do not keep up with real trends in technology. Your ideas are not important to them. Expect no positive or constructive feedback and only to be chided on the daily conference call. You will not ever be given a review and will have no idea how you are performing. No one likes working for them. It was obvious by my second week. Benefits are nonexistent. They also failed to give a raised promised by my contract. DO NOT WORK HERE. LISTEN TO ME AND THE OTHER REVIEWER. IT IS NOT A FLUKE.
