      Great location in Portland, many small perks, and nice benefits package.

      Cons

      Senior Management squeezes everything out of employees until a department is at its breaking point before bringing in additional support staff. Many coworkers medicate to deal with burnout.

      Remote environment Pto Diverse teams

      Cons

      They are starting to push in person meetings to create forced connection and its really weird/forced. We are remote for a reason, stop pressuring us anxiety ridden ppl with meetups.
