Pros
Great flexibility in scheduling Fellow employees are generally nice; at lower levels, they're better at avoiding the cliquish nature of some agencies Lots of opportunity to learn, ability to gain understanding on all aspects of an account Interesting buildings, architecture; a cool place to work and brag about to family and friends
Cons
Blame, blame, blame. It's like agency leadership is in a perpetual game of CYA. From blame, fear. Like "The Village", everyone is afraid, but no one is quite sure of what or why. Little transparency from the top. Real creativity seems to take a back seat sometimes, unless it's a pet project People are afraid to be honest about how they're feeling, lest they be labeled difficult Flexibility in scheduling is a real pro, however, reduced staffing means 24-7 at times. Not a con, just be aware.
