- Employees who need more help getting up to speed or need more training don't get it. They get left in the dust and then they get fired. - The agency often hires people with "interesting" backgrounds who have no business being in the position they're hired into. They may have zero experience to be a manager but are hired into that position anyway. - Salaried positions but expected to work many more hours. - 14 total days of paid time off; that includes both sick and vacation time; they're super duper unflexible about time off
