- Work Hard, Play Harder is a great way to describe the people and culture at TSG - Nimble is an accurate way to describe the work process within TSG - Ever-evolving is a wonderful way to explain the clients needs that TSG does work for - Room for growth, nearly everyone at the agency now does something different (related but different) than when they were originally hired to do - hence my Career Opportunities rating - TSG encourages employees to be inquisitive, find a problem - any problem, and solve it. - I feel like TSG is home, but in a work sense if that makes sens - 5/5 for Work/Life Balance - If for one minute you are having second thoughts about joining TSG, throw that thought out the window and take a leap of faith. At TSG you make your own path, if you are willing, able and curious you will flourish and thrive. That is how a career should be, which caused me to provided a 5/5 for Culture and Values

- As a remote employee (non-Utah based) I feel as if there is room for improvement within the Health Care options made available to remote employees - hence my 4/5 starts for Compensation and Benefits below.
