Pros

You get paid on Friday.

Cons

Buckle up for a wild ride, if you choose to apply to work here you will be greeted by a lovely women who makes this sound like a perfect job. A perfect growing opportunity for any person willing to learn. NOT THE CASE! Throughout your time here you will slowly be drained of any hope of actually making it. The sales team is a complete wreck just like the way management treats their employees/trainees. You will shortly see that this company cares for nothing but making money, just not enough to properly train people or value their loyal employees.

The Table Times Response
7y
This is not an employee of ours! Our sales team has a core of 12 people that have all been here for a year to 4 years that sell over 20k a month a piece. Our average salesperson makes over 75k a year. We have doubled in size every year we have been in business, their is no way this company will fail. This is a review written from a competitor because we are offering a salary match and a sign on bonus.

Pros

They’re good at selling themselves to potential employees.

Cons

I left my company of 5 years with the promise that this new company was going to take me under their wing and teach us the ways to make $75k+ per year. The trainer and the CEO stated time and time again that the new hires weren’t expected to get a sale the first day or even the 2nd day. We were told we’d be able to listen to to senior reps on the phones, that never happened, we were told the senior reps would close our sales for us, not even they had the skills to do it. Something makes me think they hire as many people as possible just to have them sign the non compete so they won’t have any competition after the owner ripped the idea off another company. I was let go half way through my 2nd day “because I wasn’t a good fit.” I seeked out help from the tenured reps 3-4 times in the 2 days. I was there looking for advice only to receive half hearted/scripted responses. I feel like this company genuinely doesn’t make enough money to support the amount of people they hire, literally 5/5 new hires were gone on the 2nd day, one of them even made a sale the first day! I was told to be more enthusiastic while another sales rep who was fired was told to be less enthusiastic, this company doesn’t know its rear from its head, I just hope someone reads this review before interviewing, definitely stray away from this one.
