      Full-Time yet Flexible Schedules. Decent Pay Company culture is amazing, we all do our best to get along. Management is very supportive, Criticism of work is always constructive. Supervisors generally try to make sure that counselors are working effectively but are also getting the support needed to perform the job.

      Pros

      The best management and team I ever worked with doing work I appreciated with a focus on a vulnerable population.

      Cons

      Due to their focus being on LGBTQ youth, they are unfortunately at the mercy of trends in both politics and in philanthropy. Several rounds of layoffs happened as fewer people have maintained their conviction to protect queer youth.
