Pros
Employees are very nice, open. Lots of smart people left recently, either in layoffs or resigned. Snacks is a benefit and gym access is a good perk. If you want to enter blockchain space this could be a space but learning will stall quickly if you are a fast learner or are proficient in the topics and skill sets.
Cons
No vision or direction. Micromanagement, they hired smart people and then didn't let them do their job. Negative environment due to childish behavior by management, and complete disrespect for people. Toxic place that is constantly disappointing. No transparency, insincere behavior and decisions. Do not recommend this company to anyone who looks for a positive environment, and seriously wants to build blockchain technology for good.
