Pros

Great culture and great people

Cons

Regularization pay and pay after promotion will reflect after a year and not when you are regularized/promoted, needs more office space, needs more employee engagement activities,

Thanks so much for your review and ideas. Sadly we are mainly a Cebu based organisation and the need for office space in Manila is almost nil apart from 1-2 people. Perhaps you can look at co working spaces and suggest budget for that? Perhaps you can use the internal channels to ask for what you want as opposed to external where we may never know what you want. One of our core values is We Find Solutions until Solutions Find Us. Come up with your solution and come forward and lets do it!

Pros

- The remote/hybrid setup is convenient, especially if you prefer working from home - Great setting stone if you're new to the VA Industry - Work Life Balance

Cons

- Micromanaged, underpaid, and limited growth - Time tracker system feels like too much control, it can be stressful and demotivating - They often say the company is employee-centered, but honestly, it doesn’t always feel that way once you’re in - The Great Place to Work award doesn’t really reflect how most employees feel. We were encouraged to complete the survey and even given Foodpanda vouchers as an incentive, so it’s hard to say if the results truly reflect everyone’s honest experience - They always say “we support because people matter,” but in reality, it often feels quite the opposite. - Promotions and growth opportunities are limited. - The pay is low, especially considering how much clients are billed, only a small cut goes to the employee. I was earning ₱28,000 all in even with 10 years of experience, which felt discouraging - They have a 2-year employment bond, and if you resign before completing it, you’ll need to pay around ₱20,000–₱40,000, which can feel a bit unreasonable given the salary and workload.

Pros

Best company I've ever worked for

Cons

They're doing their best for both the company and the employees; that's good enough for me
