Good HMO for Employees: The company provides a good Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) plan for its employees, which is a significant benefit in today’s health-conscious world.

Frequent Team Changes: There is a high rate of team movement within the company. In my experience, I was moved across seven different teams within a year. This can be disruptive and may affect work continuity and team dynamics. Low Base Pay: The base pay could be more competitive. While the annual increase is a positive aspect, the starting salary is on the lower side. Dependent HMO Coverage: While the company provides a good HMO for employees, the same does not extend to dependents. Employees have to shoulder the fee for dependent coverage, which can be a significant cost. Tough Interview Process: The interview process is quite challenging. While this could ensure quality hires, it might also deter potential talent. I referred several people, but they didn’t get hired.
