Pros

Amazing clients, great connections with outside agencies very rewarding

Cons

The best part about this role is working with the clients and how rewarding it can be to support them to overcome challenges and barriers that they are facing. You can create great connections with outside agencies and build close working relationships with them. The worst things about this role are the horrendous management and toxic workplace that will chuck you in the deep end of poor mental health and leave you there to suffer. Management that haven't got a clue about how to manage a team etc let alone mental or physical health conditions. Bullying, back stabbing, lying are terms that come to mind when thinking of this workplace. High turn over of staff due to management and no support from anywhere should you have a problem with management or a team member. This role can be super stressful at times and frontline staff are very much underpaid for the work that they do so most have a second job just to make ends meet. It's one rule for some staff and a different one for others. If you're best friends with management then you'll get away with murder. If you want the amazing and rewarding experience of working with people from different backgrounds then there are plenty of amazing places to work. Avoid this one, not everything is as it says on the tin! Cons Stressful, underpaid, no support, bullying by management and toxic workplace
