Pros
great learning opportunity if you want to do all thing digital ads
Cons
- high stress, low morale
- time tracking every tiny little detail (you don't even get paid for your bathroom breaks. I once got in trouble because I spent 10 minutes writing an email to a client and my supervisor thought it should've only taken 5. Regularly working 50+ hours a week, but because of how they track time, it shows only 37-40 hours.)
- they say they track time to help estimate time allotments for tasks, but when the entire team regularly doubles the estimated time for a task, instead of increased estimated time for work load distribution, the employees simply get in trouble and are told to do better and be faster.
- I disclosed that I couldn't come into office one day because of a a specific disability, and my manager straight said she had the disability too, and didn't have the issue coming in like I did, so she didn't understand.
- way behind the times in terms of benefits. Only 8 days PTO to start out.
- overall, I do not recommend. Once I left, I found out 5 more people followed me out within a month, and then 3 more after that. The company is roughly 20-25 people max.
