      Really smart people and interesting job. Strong line to Congress-- an opportunity to make a difference while working on what drives you. Very hierarchical, but with many good mentors and a decent career ladder.

      Cons

      Development, Financial Management, and other departments do not seem to know or care about how things work on the program side.
