Pros

Some flexibility on non surgical days

Cons

Did not honor the pay laid out in my contract. When confronted about it, said they were “sorry I misunderstood” and “we’ve never had anyone else complain”. You get a base salary, then 1% of sales but no way to really verify that amount so you just have to take them at their word. No benefits, they do offer a health insurance reimbursement which kicks in at 90 days (also not told the waiting period up front). Owners are incredibly micro managing. They have zero actual dental world experience, and are massively unorganized. They hyper fixate on the smallest things, that aren’t even issues. They want to run a surgical mill essentially…..30 surgeries a day with 3 RDA and 1 doc is NOT normal or Ok. My biggest complaint though is that they truly do not care about the patients. Get them in, do surgery, be done.

Pros

The work/life balance is extraordinary here. The days are busy which makes it fly by. My opinions/suggestions are heard. The managers/owners are super easy to work with and are also very family oriented. Compensation is superb.

Cons

I do not have anything negative to say.

Pros

Remote work Decent pay No weekends/Holidays

Cons

1. Policies change all the time and often without notice. 2. You WILL be punished for every single one. 3. The "DAILY" performance sheets are only updated every few months. 4. They grade us on phone calls (which is good) but then "subtract" other mistakes from that grade, even if not related to that phone call. 5. They have a chat where they talk bad about other teams when they make a mistake, and upper management not only participates in the behavior but, encourages it. It is disgusting, especially from upper management, who should be setting an example for his team.
