Pros
- Leadership sets realistic expectations for employees, not only for workload and KPIs, but also with work/life balance. - The team (it's not a big company, so i mean everyone) is extremely welcoming and tight-knit. Leadership has been great at maintaining and developing relationships between team members despite the remote nature of the US team. - Great benefits, and when they say unlimited PTO they actually mean it, unlike other companies. - Oh, and of course, the product is super cool Overall, great people, cool product, and good culture.
Cons
- It's a startup, which is not a great fit for everyone, things move quickly, job responsibilities can be blurry compared to bigger companies. - Theator is still very much in a learning / growth phase, if you're not interested in experimenting, and taking risks, then you won't like it here. - The tight-knit culture probably lends itself better to some personalities than others. - We have 401k, but no match.
