Pros

Thence lets you explore yourself as a designer and think beyond limitations. They have groomed me in such a way that I am able to take up multiple projects at a time. When I look at my wireframes between 7 months ago and now, the improvement is drastic. There’s no hierarchy here. We have regular catch ups with the COO as much as other team members. We work with incredible clients from around the world. Every project is of a different domain and every project requires deep and systematic user research and brainstorming. I personally have worked on 4 different projects, all from different domains, exposing me to different fields. We have flexible WFH and leave policies. In case we work on the weekend, which is inevitable in this industry, we are provided Comp - Offs. The management is easily approachable. I had difficulty understanding a few concepts in the beginning for which I was assigned a mentor who mentored me in spite of her jam packed schedule.

Cons

Personally I didn't find anything, I'm good.

Pros

If you're lucky, you might get a supportive team

Cons

1. Renumeration and policies are pathetic 2. People are biased 3. You can keep your concerns to yourself because they are (usually) never addressed even if you bring them up 4. Unrealistic expectations from employees. Some team members might not even treat you like a human
