      - Developers get to work in small agile teams and gain experience using many different technologies. - The work is challenging and interesting - a result of the many different projects developers get to work on. - The other employees are always happy to share their knowledge. The company has cultivated a culture which encourages learning from each other and progressing rapidly. - Theodo organises lots of events including tech talks and company socials.

      Lack of perks like gym membership and lunch.

      Lots of innovation, very interesting projects, ability to rapidly progress, management trusts you to take ownership of what you are passionate about.

      Cons

      You have to be comfortable with the fact that you will wear different hats and confident to take ownership of tasks outside of your comfort zone
