A great company to work at depending on which department you are in.
Cons
You can tell they've started hiring the right people with experience, but they just need to start listening to those people. Sometimes it feels like we take one step forward and then three steps back. Feels like things are changing constantly and we're not leaving room to analyze the results of changes before changing things again.
