H1B VISA FRAUD, hostile working environment, bad management & WAGE THEFT. Keep H1B visa information in the dark, while withdrew my application, at the same time exploited me to work for free, promised would pay back after. That never happened. They are not nice guys as they claimed to be. Never got health insurance as promised. So were my collages. Do not believe a single threaten word they say about ICE and police, you can find help elsewhere, you are not helpless. Justice will be served.
Do not intern here if you expect to get a full time job after working for free for a while. He will not willing to pay, or pay you for who you worth. Not worth the trouble. He will blame other employers for the reason, it is just him.
Understand your right, you can seek help from local Labor Commissioner or Division of Labour to get inform, keep things documented in case wage theft occurs. MAKE SURE TO DOCUMENTED EVERYTHING. This guy will do everything in his power to falsify evidences, even accuse you for crime you never commit.
