Due to corporate team being in IL and clinics being outside of Illinois it can be hard to bring the two together but leadership does a great job of getting out to visit clinics.
In my experience, Therapy Partners Group (TPG) embodies a shift in the right direction from industry standard expectations as far as outpatient orthopedics. Management is VERY open to having conversations about struggles as well as hopes and dreams and they have always given me realistic feedback and expectations which has fostered a strong relationship between us. Caseload expectations are among the best I've seen in outpatient and is very easy to achieve while offering lots of incentives to meet and exceed.
Cons
TPG faces all of the challenges we are enduring as an industry including year-over-year reductions to reimbursement, increasing utilization of therapy services without equivalent increases in practitioners, and increasing inflation and cost of goods.
