This is a family run business who really puts its employees first. They always reinvest what they make back into the company making it even better each year

I don't have any cons to right about

Fringe benefits, "on-site" clinic, masseuse

Constant chaos, lack of clear direction from constantly feuding leadership, manipulation and gaslighting is the entire strategy. Leaking break room ceiling, expectations of wearing dirty uniforms, hostile work environment with no real intentions of resolution besides firing the whistle-blower.
