Pros

Coworkers are supportive and work as a team. The business has strong growth potential and is always developing new projects to support the customers.

Cons

In production we work a lot of overtime.

Pros

The pay is acceptable. The work is rather easy. The core team, those on the ground DOING the work, are rad yo.

Cons

The hours suck. 5 am to 5 pm, and they will rob you of every minute of it. The schedule is a crap shoot as well, going from six work days to five days, and then back to six days, all with different work times, with all but two days notice, is honestly unacceptable. "I know it's Thursday, and this weekend is Mother's day, but we are making this Saturday Mandatory. SoRrY for another one day notice!" If you show any signs of competency you will be babysitting, and you will be expected to do the work of two or more people, while being paid similar to those you are babysitting. Jason has to be one of the worst managers in existence. The constant need to micromanage, the inability to see the problem at hand, and the need to exert control to an almost selfish degree is honest to God, amazing. "Micromanagers results in reduced productivity and lower morale." Jason is the epitome of this.
