Nothing good about this company other than weekly pay

Owner thinks he can buy you into 7 days of overtime, only 30 minute lunch, can’t use a cell phone or play music, phones are locked in a locker, no direct deposit, you get a check every Friday, benefits are expensive, most of the employees are fillipino, or European and can just barely speak a full sentence of English, it’s very much like working in a sweat shop.
