Pay for factory jobs starts at $8.00/hour. Easy, low stress work. Good for those who enjoy repetition as most tasks in the factory are very repetitive. Decent opportunity for overtime. 3 shifts available - 1st shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm. 2nd shift: 4:00pm - 12:30am. 3rd shift: 12:00am - 8:30am.
Cons
Slow pace environment. No 401k or retirement plan at all. Little opportunity to advance. Work can be tedious. Character of many employees questionable.
