They have a foundation. They try to give people extra time off on Friday's. They design cool team sweatshirts.
Cons
They promote from within, which should seem a pro, but they have inexperienced people leading a growing company with little direction or support. My boss was almost 14 years younger than me, and talked to me like I was a child she was baby-sitting. I was not able to show my skills because I spent most of my days copying and pasting to lists for execs and designers who didn't use our project management tool, which I was expected to maintain. I never met my team in person in the year I was there. Our team meetings never taught us something new or had appreciation- it was all implementation of projects that didn't ever come to fruition and frankly weren't important to the business.
