Management lacks commitment to fostering a positive productive culture, competitive pay, and training people for the positions they currently hold or aspire to. Too many great people have left the company because they just couldn't take it anymore. Many people are entrenched in their position and there's a lot of posturing, inter-department bickering, and truly counter-productive behavior. You should hear the way some of the office staff talk about the customers when out of earshot--not great. Some employees are known by the rest of the staff as short-tempered toward each other and to avoid at all costs. Averse to innovating--to the detriment of the business. Be aware if you're looking to work in one of their stores-if you're working alone for a weekday shift, you won't get an actual meal break away from the store. Avoid.
