Pros
Think Safe is always focused on Making Minutes Matter and in that they want to save as many lives as possible through First Aid and CPR Training and there software. Customers always comes, first and that is a great way to be. Think Safe is a small company and getting bigger. Employees are cross trained in several areas, so that they can help out if asked. Yes, in the past employees in different areas where asked to help unload trucks. People have the right to say no without retribution and it does not happen as much, due to the CEO getting the supplies and equipment the company needs. Small companies employees have to wear multiple hats. The dress code is AWESOME, it's casual (jeans/shorts and a t-shirt) unless customers or vendors coming in. CEO is understanding and helps when she can, she is better then average boss. Strict when she needs to be, she is friendly to employees, but she is the boss and has a business to run. There is always a lot on her plate and she works hard to keep the business growing in the right direction. Hours are Monday - Friday, but if you need to take some time off on short notice, CEO will work with you. Think safe has been the most flexible company that I have worked for. Learning is self taught on the most part, but all you have to do is ask. There is always someone there to get help from when needed. They do hold training when you are assigned a new task or there is something new in one of there systems. Think Safe is always upgrading there software and is willing to take suggestions from anyone that is willing to provide it. You have to be willing to learn and read training materials on your own, because knowledge can not always be given to you through osmosis. Think safe wants to see employees succeed in there position. There is always something to do.
Cons
Employee turn over is high, but it is hard to find people willing to work and you do have to learn on your own and ask questions. Think Safe does have a lot of highly technical stuff. So it it takes time to learn and you will not be able to learn everything in a week. Management is busy, and sometimes they can't drop everything to help you, but they will try to point you in a direction until they can help you. There is always a lot to do and never enough employees (This can be said about most companies)
