Pros
Great team and support from immediate manager and assistant
You grow to love the kids and they love you (as long as you keep your boundaries in an assertive manner)
Most parents will talk and work with you on their child's behavior and actions
There are good sites, but there are more bad ones
Cons
Inconsistent communication, people have attitudes or expect you to know or understand
Lack of support from HR and upper management
Inconsistent policy explanation and training (they say do not touch the kids at all, but still have in their handbook to show "healthy touch" only on the shoulders and above to aid in emotional learning
Last minute tasks and events, leading to stressful situations often
No comrade with support on site, they expect you to be independent most of the time and soon get annoyed and passive aggressive that they will ignore you
They will blame you or make you responsible for defending yourself against the kids without training you on how or what to do when attacked or have your personal space violated by a child (biting, touching, scratching, standing too close).
Do not follow the directions and policy of Think Together at all, and put a lot of pressure on you
Expectations can be unrealistic and unreasonable
