Salaries not paid on time, no clarity on what date you will be paid or why there is a delay
Seniors openly talking against other employees of the company - creates a sense of mistrust - it is obvious that any compliments given are fake and based only on specific results, not to the employees as people
Employees reduced to resources instead of human beings - poorly treated
Inadequate pay
Bare minimum public holidays and leaves - with no flexibility to carry leaves over to the next year
Needlessly rigid about not permitting remote working/WFH
No processes in place, no employee handbook with policies provided - when different people have been treated differently, change in policy is cited even though no such thing was informed in the first place
Very difficult to exit amicably - do not provide experience letter on time, cut corners regarding correct and timely pay, seniors treat you with coldness for leaving
Minimal clarity on the direction the company wants to go in
